I know you were all holding your breathe waiting for the new car update. Well, because of the annoyance my car has given me I did go out looking at cars last weekend. I wasn't too excited about any of the cars I looked and I really am not that excited about a car payment again, so I decided to have the mechanic look at the care ONE MORE TIME.
So, the called in the BIG guns, Volkswagen that is. And it turns out that the diagnostic machine that they were using to check my "check engine" light was not resetting the light in my car and was also showing the same errors each time.
So it turns out that nothing was wrong with my car, it was the shop. Good thing that the last 4 times I brought my car in they didn't charge me.
I am not going to jinx it, but hopefully my car will be OK for a while.
