More snow tomorrow? WTF

Movie Review

I am one to usually LOVE movies. Movies of ALL types. I usually don't have anything THAT bad to say about movies. Well, I decided to hit up the movie " Be Kind Rewind" last weekend. I usually like Jack Black movies and this one looked pretty funny.

Right from the first 1 minute, we knew that this was going to be a drag. Seriously, I wanted to leave during the first scene.

Not to ruin it for anyone, actually the entire movie, especially the end, was just awful. I didn't really get the point, it wasn't funny, and you really had NO idea how it ended.

Anyway, the movie FINALLY ended and the credits started to roll. "Sweet" I thought. We can run the fuck out of here. Umm...ok....no one in the entire theater moved. Literally...everyone was like sitting in their chairs and staring at the scene.

Now, it wasn't like there was little extras showing during the credits or anything...there was like nothing!!! Like 2 mintutes passed and still no one left. I got up and was like, "PEACE". For all I know, those suckers are still there!!!

I honestly think people were so shocked at how bad the movie was, that they couldn't move, talk or walk...just my opinion though;)

Quick Updates

For my very few regular blog goers, I feel bad that I have not updated lately. I have a bunch going on and usually have every intention of updating, but due to my annoying computer problems and horrible work situation I haven't been quite up for blogging lately.

HOWEVER, today is a day off, which is sooo very exicting, and has definitely given me blogging inspiration.

I have gotten a new computer that I am currently using to write this blog. You don't know how much you miss keys that work and a screen that stands on it's own until you are without.

My Alien Baby surgery has been scheduled for April 14th, I am counting down the days. I feel that while I am bed ridden for at least a week or so, blogs will be a lot more requent. I had a breakdown this weekend about the fear of never waking up for my surgery, dumb I know, but I am still really scared, I would hate to go to sleep and never wake up!

Work is still sick as usual. I seriously start counting the days until my next day off as soon as the week starts. With my new computer I will definitely be updating my resume and sending it out to everyone and anyone that is literate..haha. I seriously will take anything at this point.

I am still going to try to get a Florida trip planned for hopefully soooon. I would love to get to warm weather and finally take a trip with John. Meeting his brother would be cool too. But I am not sure when I am going to fit that trip in...I will keep you all posted though..

I don't really have too much else going on. I can't believe that it already mid-February...where is this year going?

Soo.......

So, I am not going to mention the Super Bowl.....

But, I am going to mention the fact that my computer has completely had it. And I came home today and totally bought a new one online. I don't need the top of the line shit, just something that works, has all it's keys, and one where the monitor actually stays up on it's own.

So, I spent a little money (on my credit card of course) and ordered a DELL.

I also bought WORD (I know, I am probably the only one that doesn't have it). But I think that I will need it if I am ever going to update my resume.

I also called my Doctor today to inquire about my surgery date. Funny, the Anita, the nurse informed me that the Doctor hasn't filled out the paperwork yet. Hmm...10 days seems quite enough to few out a few questions.

Oh well, hopefully she will fill out the paperwork tomorrow and I can get thing moving along. I mean seriously!!
