So after last week at work, I definitely needed a relaxing weekend. I honestly didn't do much. Spent a couple gift cards at Bed Bath and Beyond on a few things that we needed. Of course I left the store without one of the major things that I went there for, but I will just have to go back. Cleaned the condo, and then went to dinner with John. Today I am currently still in my PJ's at 11:45 which is kind of awesome.lol.
But the time has come yet again for me to get serious about my weight loss journey. So Monday will be D Day number 1 million or so...lol....and like I say every single time, this is it damnit!! This isn't for a wedding or because I want to look good in a bathing suit, it's just for my health. I am going to be 31 in a few months, gasp! And I want to like not die soon.HA
Let's seee...this week is the beginning of September, which is awesome, because I LOVE fall! Let's just hope the work week doesn't blow goats like it did last week:)

Wow...this week sucks, huh?
So a continuing theme throughout my blog, all the way back to 2005, is that work sucks.......this week is definitely one of the suckiest. Our stats suck and that's that...lol. Maybe I really should do some research oh what I want do with my life...lol
Other than that, going back to the weekend, it was a great one. Celebrated the marriage of a good friend and also attended a baby shower for another good friend! Unless it's a surprise, I think the weddings are done for this year at least, now it seems to be baby baby baby. But don't worry folks, it will be a few years until there is a little Katherine or John wandering the streets...lol....I feel like I am still a baby myself. I think as long as we make a decision to have kids before I am 35, we will be good to go. But don't forget, that I already have an Alien Baby.......and he does keep us very busy!
So, tomorrow is Wednesday and it will suck I am sure.....not sure I will be able to give many more updates, as I am pretty sure this week may kill me...lol

1 year ago....
today I closed on my condo! I can't believe how fast a year goes by. That's 1 year of payments which equals like, $10 off my principal and $109304283043 off the interest! woo hoo
To date, I haven't done too much in the condo that I wanted to do. I really wanted to paint the rooms and set up the second bedroom as an office. I think this fall I will start the painting project. I will start small in a bathroom or something, then move to bigger rooms after that. It's the compromising with John on the colors that will be the hardest part I think. Other than that, we have offically pissed the people downstairs people by using our treadmill late at night. We stopped using it, which in turn made me gain some weight..lol.....oops.

First entry of 2010. Oh, how a year goes by so fast!
So my blogger stalkers, I am back. That's right, almost 1 full year away from blogging and I am alive to tell about my adventures. So, the condo is purchased and we have been here for about 1 year. We recently got married and we are just living the dream...lol
I have spent some time reading through my older posts, starting back in the day when I was thinner (yet thought I was fat) and going through some very interesting times dating and at work. I may post some links to some of my favorite entries later this week, they definitely gave me a giggle or two.
But I hope that my old loyal readers are still around, because I definitely miss blogging and telling of my pathetic adventures in my life. I can tell you that, besides getting married and buying the condo, I haven't accomplished a ton of things that I wanted to in my past posts. I have definitely gained weight, not lost it. I still love chocolate. My treadmill is currently untouched in our second bedroom. I still hate my job and live for the weekends. But I also still have a great family and super friends that help me through it all!
So thanks for reading and as I have promised and broke this promise many times, I will be back to write more!
